wind passing by birds roused by the slightest movement of breath pictures convulsively trying to capture moments of the past the gaze into the direction of self an outlook it brings questions it rises the songs that it sings turns lost hearts into homes stripped down self. That is what I am looking at. I tried way to often to force conversations with myself but I noticed that it causes nothing but trauma to my heart. Forced conversations come from a place of self-hate and the underlying fear of the unknown. Your heart always finds a way to speak to you, no matter the distraction. And I can see my heart flying off where my grip gets too tight and panic too vivid. It is a fragile process, the befriending of self. Seeks you in lonely hours, long nights or the eye of the storm. A process I can only make place for but one I won’t be able to force. It needs to flow freely. Like waves pull back and crash in their own time, quiet moments will find you in silence. Peace is able to calm a restless mind, to turn burn outs into flame ups of passion. Love is growing beyond the borders of control, continuously - also in the absence of our understanding and observations.

Drained. The things that exhaust me wash away the falsely tinted energy pushing me forward to do things I don’t really want. I see it in the negative of things I am striving for. My heart reaching for the moon as my heart falls into a universe of stars that stain my wandering mind. It will reach me once more for the rest of my life- the face of the person I long to be. I already am. The seeds sown in my soul ... longing for more water. There is only so much water I can draw from my own leaves, this desert needs a monsoon to wash away the dust clouding my view.
